- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation
- Processing times may be longer for handcrafted, made-to-order, or customised products
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India
- International shipping (if available) will be mentioned separately on the product or checkout page
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances
MiMahi is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout
- Any additional charges such as taxes or duties (for international orders) must be borne by the customer

6. Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate. MiMahi will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos of the package and product
