All MiMahi products are handcrafted and undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch. Therefore, we follow a No Return & No Refund Policy.


1. No Return & No Refund Policy

All products purchased from MiMahi are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Requests will be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery
  • An incorrect product has been delivered

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (IMPORTANT)

If a customer wishes to raise a return or replacement request, an unboxing video is mandatory.

๐Ÿ‘‰ No return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

Unboxing Video Guidelines:

  • The video must be a single, continuous recording
  • The parcel must be shown in sealed condition at the start
  • The product must be clearly visible
  • The video must not be edited, cut, or altered

The unboxing video serves as proof to help us verify the issue.


3. When Requests Will Be Accepted

A return or replacement request will be considered only if:

  • The defect is clearly visible in the unboxing video
  • Or an incorrect product has been received

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


4. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

As all MiMahi products are handcrafted:

  • Minor colour variations
  • Slight differences in embroidery or weaving

are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
